The people behind Creativity Unites
Creativity Unites is led by a group of people who believe in the power of people creating together. Each brings a different background, skill set, and reason for being here. Together, they're building something this community needs.
Meet the Staff
Help Us Build This…Literally
We're hands-on people building something real, and right now we have specific projects that need skilled, generous people. If any of these sound like you, we'd love to hear from you.
-
We're looking for creative, patient people to teach 10-week elective classes on basic hand-sewing, music editing, storytelling, and more. If you have an idea for a class or would like to volunteer to teach a class to students ages 11-99, please reach out!
-
We need skilled sewers to help create costumes for our community trip to Universal Studios. A great project for someone who loves detail work and wants to be part of something memorable.
-
We have a list of projects that need handy, skilled help like cutting and installing shelving, replacing ceiling tiles, and refreshing paint throughout the building. If you love a good project, we have plenty.
-
Coming this fall: ”Volunteers in Motion.” Do you like to help around the studio, while gaining helpful life skills?
This program is perfect for you! Participants in this program will meet monthly for training and will have the opportunity to serve throughout each week helping with projects that keep Creativity Unites moving ahead. You might help with cleaning, organizing costumes, weeding, creating sets, assisting in classes, print and social media desigh, and more!

Anne Wallace
Newly Retired Educator-Student Services, Holland Public Schools
Creativity Unites’ Board President
I am honored to be a part of the board and to work with the Creativity Unites team. As the parent of a former dancer, and teacher for Catie Hauch, I wholeheartedly believe in the importance of artistic expression; however, I also understand that opportunities for fostering expression can be daunting and limited. Therefore, I am particularly proud of the mission that Creativity Unites brings to our community, a mission that can open doors, provide new experiences and relationships, and inspire people of all ages to explore their talents.

I'm proud to be on the board because real community is built on how we make people feel. Blending my background in Human Resources with a passion for hospitality, my work is all about people: how we connect them, support their growth, and design meaningful experiences. Jeremy Hladik Seafort
Chef, Palazzolo’s Artisan Dairy
I’m looking forward to sharing my culinary background and lifelong love of theater with Creativity Unites. I’m drawn to the board because I've seen firsthand what this organization's programming can do. My child has been a student at Dance United/Creativity Unites for years, and that experience has meant everything to my family.
I want to help build programming that gives other families the same chance to find connection and belonging that our own family found here.
